These terms govern your purchase and use of eSIM data plans from HBsim (“we”, “us”) at hbsim.com.
1. The service
We sell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans delivered as a QR code by email. Plans do not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS unless stated.
2. Compatibility
You are responsible for making sure your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchase.
3. Validity, speeds and fair use
Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the destination unless the plan states otherwise. Unused data expires at the end of validity. Daily plans reset every 24 hours and continue at the reduced speed shown on the plan after the daily allowance. Unlimited plans run at up to 5 Mbps after the first 500 MB and slow to 512 kbps after 25 GB (7-day), 40 GB (15-day) or 65 GB (30-day) plans.
4. Coverage
Service is provided through local partner networks. Speed and coverage depend on location, network load and device and are not guaranteed.
5. Acceptable use
No illegal activity, resale without a partner agreement, or network abuse (SIM-box, automated traffic).
6. Payments
Prices are charged in USD at checkout through Stripe. Your bank may add currency conversion fees. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected plan.
8. Contact
Accounts
You may create an account to see your eSIMs. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Settings or at hbsim.com/delete-account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Mobile app
The HBsim app provides the same Service as hbsim.com and is subject to these terms and our privacy policy. Purchases are processed by our payment providers, not by the app store.
