Delete your HBsim account and data

You can delete your HBsim account and the personal data linked to your e-mail at any time, from the app (Account → Settings → Delete account) or here. We send a confirmation link to your e-mail so nobody else can delete your data.

What is deleted: your account, name, e-mail, password, saved sessions, eSIM install codes and order contact details. What is kept: anonymised payment records (amount, date, plan) for as long as tax and accounting law requires, with no link to you. Deletion is completed within 30 days at most, usually immediately.
